Full payment is required in advance to confirm a booking.
Payments are processed securely via Peach Payments.
Dodo Island Discoveries does not store, process, or transmit cardholder data.
3. Pricing, Currency & Taxes
All prices are displayed and charged in United States Dollar (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless explicitly stated.
Prices are valid at the time of booking and may change without prior notice.
The price confirmed at checkout is final.
4. Confirmation & Delivery of Services
Upon successful payment, customers will receive a booking confirmation by email.
As our offerings are services, no physical goods are delivered.
Additional experience details will be communicated prior to the scheduled date.
5. Cancellation, Refund & No-Show Policy
By booking with Dodo Island Discoveries Ltd, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to the Cancellation, Refund & No-Show Policy.
6. Customer Responsibility & Conduct
Customers must:
- Arrive on time at the designated meeting point
- Follow all safety instructions provided by guides, hosts, or partners
- Ensure they are physically and medically fit to participate
We reserve the right to refuse participation or terminate an experience without refund if a participant’s behavior is unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or non-compliant with instructions.
